الأسعار في «وفّر لي» تقديرات يساهم بها المستخدمون، وليست أسعاراً رسمية من المتاجر. تحقّق دائماً من السعر لدى المتجر قبل الشراء.

باستخدامك تطبيق «وفّر لي» فأنت توافق على هذه الشروط. إن لم توافق عليها فلا تستخدم التطبيق.
١. طبيعة الخدمة — اقرأ هذا البند بعناية
«وفّر لي» منصّة عرض لمساهمات المستخدمين. نحن لا نبيع شيئاً، ولا نمثّل أي متجر، ولا نتلقّى أسعاراً رسمية من المتاجر.
- كل سعر معروض رصدٌ شخصي من مستخدم أو استخراج آلي من صورة رفعها مستخدم.
- الأسعار قد تكون قديمة أو غير دقيقة أو خاطئة، وتتغيّر دون إشعار.
- نعرض مع كل سعر مصدره وتاريخ رصده لتقدّره بنفسك.
- ظهور اسم متجر في التطبيق لا يعني ارتباطاً به أو موافقته أو رعايته للخدمة.
لا نضمن دقّة أي سعر، ولا نتحمّل مسؤولية أي قرار شراء بُني عليه.
٢. حسابك
- تستطيع الاستخدام كضيف أو بحساب مسجّل ببريدك.
- أنت مسؤول عن سرّية كلمة مرورك وعن كل نشاط يجري عبر حسابك.
- يجب أن تكون بياناتك صحيحة، ويُمنع انتحال شخصية غيرك.
- تستطيع حذف حسابك نهائياً في أي وقت من داخل التطبيق.
٣. قواعد المساهمة
حين تضيف سعراً فأنت تُقرّ بأنك رأيته فعلاً. ويُمنع منعاً باتاً:
- إضافة أسعار وهمية أو مضلّلة، أو التلاعب بأسعار متجر للإضرار به أو الترويج له.
- كتابة أي تشهير أو اتهام لمتجر أو شخص، أو محتوى مسيء أو مخالف للآداب.
- نشر إعلانات أو روابط ترويجية أو بيانات شخصية لأحد.
- الإغراق الآلي أو محاولة اختراق الخدمة أو تعطيلها أو تجاوز حمايتها.
- رفع صور لا تملك حقّها أو تحوي أشخاصاً بلا إذنهم.
نراجع المساهمات آلياً، ونحتفظ بحقّ رفض أو حذف أي مساهمة، وإيقاف أي حساب يخالف هذه القواعد، دون إشعار مسبق.
٤. حقوق ما تضيفه
تبقى مساهماتك ملكك، وتمنحنا بإضافتها ترخيصاً غير حصري ومجانياً لعرضها داخل التطبيق وحفظها ومعالجتها لتحسين الخدمة، بما يشمل توحيد أسماء المنتجات وترجمتها.
وتُقرّ بأن مساهماتك تظهر للعموم، وقد تبقى بعد حذف حسابك مجهولةَ المصدر.
٥. الإبلاغ عن خطأ
إن رأيت سعراً غير دقيق فبلّغ عنه من صفحة المكان. وإن كنت صاحب متجر وترى ما يضرّ بمتجرك، راسلنا على nahlah@nahlah.io ونتعامل مع البلاغ بجدّية.
٦. حدود المسؤولية
تُقدَّم الخدمة «كما هي» دون ضمانات من أي نوع. وفي الحدود التي يسمح بها النظام، لا نتحمّل أي مسؤولية عن:
- خسارة مالية أو ضرر ناتج عن الاعتماد على سعر معروض.
- خطأ أو نقص أو تأخّر في البيانات.
- انقطاع الخدمة أو فقد البيانات لأسباب تقنية.
- تصرّفات المستخدمين الآخرين أو محتواهم.
٧. الملكية الفكرية
اسم «وفّر لي» وشعاره وتصميمه وبرمجيّته مملوكة لنا. ولا يجوز نسخها أو استخدامها دون إذن كتابي.
٨. تعديل الشروط أو إيقاف الخدمة
قد نعدّل هذه الشروط أو نضيف مزايا أو نوقف بعضها. سننشر تاريخ التحديث أعلاه، والاستمرار في الاستخدام يُعدّ موافقة.
٩. النظام الواجب التطبيق
تخضع هذه الشروط لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية، وتختصّ الجهات القضائية المختصّة فيها بأي نزاع.

1. Nature of the service — please read carefully
Waffir Li is a platform that displays user contributions. We sell nothing, represent no store, and receive no official pricing from any retailer.
- Every price shown is a personal observation by a user, or text extracted automatically from an image a user uploaded.
- Prices may be outdated, inaccurate or wrong, and can change without notice.
- We show each price with its source and observation date so you can judge it yourself.
- A store appearing in the app does not imply any affiliation, endorsement or sponsorship.
We do not guarantee the accuracy of any price and accept no responsibility for purchase decisions based on it.
2. Your account
- You may use the app as a guest or with a registered email account.
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.
- Your details must be accurate, and impersonating others is prohibited.
- You may permanently delete your account at any time from within the app.
3. Contribution rules
When you add a price you confirm you actually saw it. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Adding fake or misleading prices, or manipulating a store's prices to harm or promote it.
- Writing any defamation or accusation against a store or person, or offensive content.
- Posting advertisements, promotional links, or anyone's personal data.
- Automated flooding, or attempting to breach, disrupt or bypass the service's protections.
- Uploading images you do not have the rights to, or that show people without their consent.
Contributions are reviewed automatically, and we reserve the right to reject or remove any contribution and to suspend any account that breaks these rules, without prior notice.
4. Rights in what you add
Your contributions remain yours. By adding them you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display them in the app and to store and process them to improve the service, including unifying and translating product names.
You acknowledge that contributions are publicly visible and may remain, in anonymised form, after your account is deleted.
5. Reporting an error
If you see an inaccurate price, report it from the place page. If you are a store owner and believe something harms your business, write to nahlah@nahlah.io and we will take it seriously.
6. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for:
- Financial loss or damage arising from reliance on a displayed price.
- Errors, omissions or delays in the data.
- Service interruption or data loss for technical reasons.
- The conduct or content of other users.
7. Intellectual property
The Waffir Li name, logo, design and software are ours. They may not be copied or used without written permission.
8. Changes and discontinuation
We may amend these terms, add features, or discontinue some of them. We will post the update date above; continued use constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and its competent courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
