تشرح هذه السياسة كيف يتعامل تطبيق «وفّر لي» مع بياناتك. باستخدامك التطبيق فأنت توافق على ما ورد فيها.
١. ما الذي نجمعه

ما لا نجمعه
- موقعك الجغرافي: التطبيق لا يطلب إذن الموقع ولا يتتبّعه. الخريطة تعرض إحداثيات المحلات نفسها فقط.
- جهات اتصالك، تقويمك، أو ملفاتك.
- بيانات تعريف إعلانية — لا إعلانات في التطبيق.
٢. الصور والمسح الذكي
حين تصوّر منتجاً أو فاتورة، تُرسل الصورة لمعالجتها واستخراج السعر واسم المنتج منها.
الصورة لا تُخزَّن عندنا. يُحفظ الناتج النصي فقط (اسم المنتج وسعره)، وتُهمل الصورة بعد المعالجة.
إذن الكاميرا والصور يُطلب منك صراحة عند أول استخدام، وتقدر ترفضه — يبقى التطبيق يعمل، وتُدخل الأسعار يدوياً.
٣. من يطّلع على بياناتك
لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نؤجّرها ولا نشاركها لأغراض تسويقية. نستعين بمزوّدي خدمة تقنيين فقط:

وقد نُفصح عن بيانات إن ألزمنا نظام سارٍ في المملكة العربية السعودية أو طلب قضائي.
٤. ما يظهر للآخرين
مساهماتك في الأسعار عامة — هذا جوهر التطبيق. يظهر منها: اسم المنتج، السعر، المكان، وتاريخ الرصد.
لا يظهر بريدك للمستخدمين الآخرين إطلاقاً.
٥. حقوقك والتحكّم في بياناتك
من داخل التطبيق: حسابي ← إدارة الحساب
- تصفير بياناتك: حذف كل مساهماتك ونقاطك مع بقاء حسابك.
- حذف حسابك نهائياً: يُمحى حسابك وبريدك وكل مساهماتك بلا رجعة، فوراً وبلا مراسلة أحد.
- الاطّلاع: تشاهد ملخّص بياناتك قبل أي إجراء.
- التصحيح: بلّغ عن أي سعر غير دقيق من صفحة المكان.
٦. مدّة الاحتفاظ
- بيانات حسابك تبقى ما دام حسابك قائماً، وتُحذف فور طلبك حذفه.
- حسابات الضيوف التي لم تساهم بشيء تُحذف تلقائياً بعد ٢٤ ساعة.
- مساهمات الأسعار قد تبقى بعد حذف الحساب مجهولةَ المصدر، لأنها جزء من بيانات المجتمع.
٧. الأطفال
التطبيق ليس موجّهاً لمن هم دون ١٣ عاماً، ولا نجمع بياناتهم عن قصد. إن علمتَ بخلاف ذلك راسلنا لنحذفها.
٨. أمن البيانات
نحمي البيانات على مستوى قاعدة البيانات نفسها: كل مستخدم لا يصل إلا لبياناته، ولا يمكن تعديل مساهمات الآخرين أو حذفها، والاتصال مشفّر، والمفاتيح الحسّاسة لا تغادر خوادمنا.
ومع ذلك، لا توجد وسيلة نقل أو تخزين آمنة بالمطلق، فلا نستطيع ضمان الأمان المطلق.
٩. تغييرات على السياسة
قد نحدّث هذه السياسة، وسننشر التاريخ الجديد أعلاه. الاستمرار في استخدام التطبيق بعد التحديث يُعدّ موافقة.

This policy explains how Waffir Li handles your data. By using the app you agree to it.
1. What we collect

What we do not collect
- Your location: the app never requests location permission and does not track you. The map only shows the coordinates of the shops themselves.
- Your contacts, calendar, or files.
- Advertising identifiers — there are no ads in the app.
2. Photos and smart scan
When you photograph a product or receipt, the image is sent for processing to extract the price and product name.
The image is not stored by us. Only the extracted text (product name and price) is saved; the image is discarded after processing.
Camera and photo permissions are requested explicitly on first use, and you may decline — the app still works and you can enter prices manually.
3. Who sees your data
We do not sell, rent, or share your data for marketing. We use technical service providers only:

We may also disclose data where required by applicable law in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or by judicial order.
4. What others can see
Your price contributions are public — that is the point of the app. They show the product name, price, place and observation date.
Your email is never shown to other users.
5. Your rights and controls
Inside the app: Account → Manage account
- Reset your data: delete all contributions and points while keeping your account.
- Delete your account permanently: your account, email and all contributions are erased irreversibly — immediately, with no need to contact anyone.
- Access: you see a summary of your data before taking any action.
- Correction: report any inaccurate price from the place page.
6. Retention
- Account data is kept while your account exists and is deleted as soon as you request deletion.
- Guest accounts that contributed nothing are deleted automatically after 24 hours.
- Price contributions may remain after account deletion in an anonymised form, as part of community data.
7. Children
The app is not directed at anyone under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe otherwise, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Security
Protection is enforced at the database level: each user can reach only their own data, contributions of others cannot be modified or deleted, traffic is encrypted, and sensitive keys never leave our servers.
That said, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy and will post the new date above. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
